Welcome to LEVOC Family Services

LEVOC Family Services (LFS) is a community mental health agency that was founded in 2008 by four African American men with a mission to bring quality mental health services to underserved communities.  LEVOC started with one service and now provides four services to children, adults and families. LEVOC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and person-centered clinical services. LEVOC is driven by our vision to offer hope to every individual that includes help to overcome obstacles hindering their growth and success; optimism that change is possible and obtainable; plan to achieve established goals and encouragement to never give up (HOPE). LEVOC provides individuals with the tools and resources needed to achieve and maintain stability in their homes and communities. LEVOC’s motto is simply Client Needs Come First! L.E.V.O.C. Family Services (LFS)

L.E.V.O.C. - Family Services provides community-based services in the Commonwealth of Virginia. These services are comprehensive in nature and practical in their approach.

Each client receives a comprehensive assessment and strengths-based, individualized, service plan that addresses his or her needs.

Vested in the communities it serves, L.E.V.O.C. works collaboratively with other community agencies and links clients to available community resources.

Operating in compliance with federal and state regulations governing mental health services, L.E.V.O.C. maintains the confidentiality and protects the rights & privacy of the clients we serve. L.E.V.O.C. is a member of several local Human Rights Committees.
